Is Roses 4 Reddicks currently open?

Our first home is coming soon. Women interested in future housing opportunities may join our waiting list now.

Who may apply?

Our first home will serve women age 18 and older who are committed to sobriety, able to live independently, and willing to follow the home’s rules.

Is a background or credit check required to apply?

No background or credit check is required to apply. Joining the waiting list does not guarantee placement. Eligibility and availability will be discussed during the phone interview.

What is included in the monthly rate?

The anticipated shared-room rate is $800 per month and includes a furnished room, utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to shared household spaces.

Is there a move-in fee?

A one-time $100 move-in setup fee is due after acceptance and confirmation of an available room. Joining the waiting list is free.

Will private rooms be available?

A limited number of private rooms may be available at a different monthly rate. Availability and pricing will be discussed before placement.

Can women receive visits from their children and loved ones?

We plan to offer a family-visitation space during scheduled daytime visiting hours. All visits will follow the home’s safety and visitor policies. Overnight visits are not offered.

Does Roses 4 Reddicks provide treatment or medical care?

No. Roses 4 Reddicks provides sober independent living and is not a treatment or medical-care facility. Women may continue receiving treatment and recovery services from their chosen outside providers.

How long is the waiting period?

Waiting times will vary based on the home’s opening date, room availability, and individual placement needs. Women on our waiting list will receive updates as housing opportunities become available.
